Restore your mind, body and spirit in this Reiki Restorative workshop designed to balance your energy and bring deep relaxation. Heather Mitchell will guide you through restorative yoga postures that will provide multiple benefits to the body and nervous system, while practicing Reiki to help you feel balanced on an energetic level. Sound therapy tuning forks will also be incorporated for vibrational healing of the energetic centers in the body, leaving you feeling aligned and rejuvenated.
Join Tiffany Lord and Janell Duncan for this new recurring workshop, Wellness Happy Hour. Our first meeting this September will discuss Autumn Self Care. We will talk about Ayurveda for the fall season, including emotions that may arise, foods that are best to balance fall and play with some Yin poses you can do at home to stay balanced. We will practice guided meditation and journaling to set intentions for the season. Light tea and snacks will be served.
