Janell Duncan is an E-RYT200/500 Vinyasa Yoga teacher. She completed her studies at Pranava Yoga center in Colorado Springs, which is born from both Dharma and Jivamukti styles of yoga. You can expect her Vinyasa classes to fun, with a focus on creative sequencing and pose variations. You will have the opportunity to express yourself, deepen and advance your practice. While her Vinyasa classes are upbeat and fun, they are strongly connected to tradition. Janell uses both the Sanskrit and English names of poses, may even tell you the story behind the poses here and there, weaves in philosophy of the 8 limbs of yoga, teaches and practices Pranayama ( breath control) and accompanies Mantra, (chanting) with the harmonium in her classes.

50 hours Certified Rocket Teacher at the inspired level through David Kyle of Ashtanga Yoga Puerto Rico. Janell Just finished her first 50 hours in Rocket teacher training. Rocket is form of Western Ashtanga. Janell loves the practice to connect with breath. The Sthira and Sukha, or the hard and soft, the fire and nectar, the steadiness and ease of the practice. Yin, Janell has taken two levels of Yin Yoga Teacher Training and hold two certificates to teach Yin. Janell loves to share yin, loves to ability of yin yoga to reduce pain, stress and assist the body in healing.

Linene Blanton-YA 200 hour teacher Kleppe began her yoga journey more than 15 years ago after the birth of her 1st child. As a military wife and mother of four, Linene has received numerous classes throughout North America, giving her different and unique perspectives as a student. She has used those skills to teach local amateur and scholastic athletes to increase their overall fitness. Having done this for many years, Linene decided it was time to take her passion to a professional level. She received her 200-hour Teacher Certification through Prananva Yoga Center.
Linene incorporates the mind, body and spirit into her vibrant Vinyasa and Yin classes. She is a graduate of Morehead State University and is the founder and current owner of My Yoga Bliss.
In addition to practicing and teaching yoga, Linene and her husband Michael homeschool their four children. She fills their days with books, hiking skiing, canoeing and exploring nature.
Jeannie Harlan YA 200 hour teacher has been interested in Yoga for years, but started a regular practice in 2012 to help with stress reduction. She can’t imagine life without Yoga. Jeannie completed her 200 hr YTT in 2014 through Cambio Yoga and has been teaching at Aranyani Yoga since May 2015. Jeannie believes in following your passion and desires to support others in their pursuit of their passions. Her philosophy is that life is a journey filled with struggles designed for growth: spiritually, physically and emotionally. She seeks to guide her students safely through the healing practice of Yoga by challenging and supporting them through their journeys of self-acceptance, confidence building and deepening in their practice. In addition to teaching Yoga, Jeannie is a Registered Nurse at a Fertility Clinic. In her free time, she can be found spending time with her husband, two children and two dogs. She is an Iowa native, but has been in Colorado for 15 years and can’t imagine living anywhere else. Jeannie enjoys running, hiking biking, skiing and camping. Jeannie teaches Vinyasa Flow, Power Vinyasa and Family Yoga. You can expect fun music, a calming and supportive voice and challenging sequences.
Amber is a RYT 200 hour yoga teacher through Yoga Fit. She was first introduced to Yoga in college in an elective course in 2009. It was not for a few years (2013) that she developed a yoga practice. What started as a workout at a local studio, quickly turned into both a lifestyle and a passion. Amber was down to both the physical and mental aspects that yoga brought into her life. In 2015 she completed her 200HR training through Yoga Fit, and has since taken several advanced workshops throughout the country. Her specialities are Hot Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. Her favorite thing about yoga is the accessibility. Yoga provides something for everyone, everywhere.In addition to all things yoga, you can find Amber spending time with her family, hiking, camping kayaking and exploring new restaurants.
Kim Gibson. RYT 200 HR/50 HR Rocket. Kim began her yoga journey late in life in an effort to relieve stress and get healthier. She took her first yoga class in 2012 and vowed she would never take another. But, she did. After trying many different styles she decided power yoga suited her best. In 2016 she got serious about her practice and slowly watched chronic neck, knee and wrist issues disappear. She began to enjoy new levels of strength, stamina and calmness. In 2016 she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Kindness Yoga in Denver, Co.She has taken a number of advanced workshops, including a mentorship with Jen Hicks. In January 2018 she completed her first 50 hour Rocket training with David Kyle.
Cody Logsdon is a RYT 200 yoga teacher, trained in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. She started taking yoga in 2005 at her local YMCa and fell in love with the practice. Yoga has been powerful for her because it reminds you to breathe. She knows that in life things can get very busy, very quickly. She loves that yoga allows the space to slow down and do something good for yourself. in 2014 she completed her training at Kashi Atlanta and has been teaching ever since.
